  • SNJ musicians collectively have over 20 years of experience, and SNJ itself was established in 2021.

  • SNJ is headquartered in New Jersey (NJ). While our primary performance areas include New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), Connecticut (CT), Pennsylvania (PA), and Massachusetts (MA), we are open to traveling worldwide to share our music!

  • Our pricing is primarily determined by the number of musicians and the duration of the event.

    Feel free to reach out to us for a personalized price estimate.

  • A travel fee of $25 applies to locations over 15 miles from the George Washington Bridge (NJ side), with an additional charge of $1 per each extra mile. Please note that toll expenses are not included in this fee.

  • Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to secure your booking. This deposit is due upon booking confirmation.

    Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than TWO WEEKS before the event date.

    Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please note that the deposit will be non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within one month before the event.

    Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. Please send payments to soundnjoy@soundnjoy.com. (When using Venmo or PayPal, please be aware that a processing fee may be applicable)

    Additional Charges: In the event of overtime, an additional charge of $100 per 30 minutes per musician will apply. Any additional services or expenses incurred during the event will be billed separately and must be settled in a timely manner.

  • For detailed information, visit our Music and Live page. We offer a wide range of styles, from pop to jazz and movie soundtracks, to meet your needs. We welcome your input for song choices and playlists. You can also request your own wish list, as we're here to cater to your preferences. However, please note that we do not recommend hip-hop or heavy metal songs for string instruments.

  • It's important to note that more instruments generate a fuller sound. If you're hiring fewer than 4 musicians for an event with over 100 guests, we recommend having a sound system with microphones and speakers to ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the music. Additionally, for outdoor events, regardless of the number of musicians, it is advisable to have a sound system.

  • To ensure the performance quality and protect our valuable instruments, it is necessary to set up in a well-shaded, dry, and level area. String instruments are particularly sensitive to damage from moisture and direct sunlight, and the temperature should not exceed 85 degrees or drop below 60 degrees.

  • We'd love to meet with you via Zoom or over the phone. Feel free to email us with any questions.

  • We are happy to provide your venue with a Certificate of Insurance (COI).

    Please note that any expenses related to additional insurance mandated by your venue will be included in your invoice.

  • - 2 months before: 100% refund of the deposit.

    - 1 month before: 50% refund.

    - Less than 1 month: No refund.

    Changes due to personal circumstances or force majeure will be considered for rescheduling.
